30 unit refurbishment

The scope of works of this project involved completing a mid-term refurbishment to 30 single accommodation units within Robertson Barracks. The scope of works contained several tasks within the architectural, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical areas.

Included was the replacement of floor coverings, wall tiles, kitchen and bathroom joinery, internal and external painting, replacement of HVAC and BMS systems (Building Management System), solar hot water systems, sanitary fixtures, and a complete electrical rewire with the installation of new power, light, fans and associated fixtures.
