The scope of works for EST08094 was to provide a full building refurbishment at RAAF
Darwin including:
● New Roof, Insulation and Vapor Barrier
● New HVAC, Mechanical Plant and Duct Work.
● New Electrical Services, Fittings and Communications.
● New Master Switchboard (MSB) and Mechanical Services Switchboard (MSSB).
● Zone 3 Security (SCEC) Electrical Upgrade
● New Floor and Wall Coverings.
● New Joinery and Hydraulic Fixtures.
● External and Internal Paint.
● New Fire Indicator Panel (FIP)
The intent of this project was to ensure Defence operations could be maintained long into
the future by providing users and Defence personnel with modernised infrastructure.
