The scope of works for EST04937 was to provide a full building refurbishment at RAAF
Darwin including:
● New HVAC and Mechanical Plant.
● New Electrical Services, Fittings and Communications.
● New Floor and Wall Coverings.
● New Joinery and Hydraulic Fixtures.
● External and Internal Paint.
● Construction of Cool Rooms and Freezer Rooms
The intent of this project was to ensure Defence operations could be maintained long into
the future by providing users and Defence personnel with modernised infrastructure.
