EST08089 Robertson Barracks Workshop Refurbishment, NT

The scope of works for EST08089 was to provide a full building refurbishment at Robertson

Barracks including:

● New HVAC, Mechanical Plant and Duct Work.

● New Electrical Services, Fittings and Communications.

● New Master Switchboard (MSB) and Mechanical Services Switchboard (MSSB).

● New Floor and Wall Coverings.

● New Joinery and Hydraulic Fixtures.

● External and Internal Paint.

● New Fire Indicator Panel (FIP).

● Bird Netting to Workshop

The intent of this project was to ensure Defence operations could be maintained long into

the future by providing users and Defence personnel with modernised infrastructure.
